Este es el primer disco de estudio de esta agrupación Californiana, que en sus letras demuestra su critica social.
Lanzado en 1992 (hoy se cumplen 16 años).
Con este disco se marco la pauta para bandas posteriores que trataron de imitar su estilo.
Ademas, podemos decir que el álbum fue todo un éxito de ventas.
Cabe destacar que Maynard (vocalista de Tool) colabora en el tema "Know Your Enemy"
